Check-out: We kindly ask that you check out before 11:00 am (unless a later check-out has been arranged with the host for an additional fee) on your departure date. This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment. Laundry facilities: The in-suite washer and dryer are available to guests staying 3+ nights. A separate code will be provided to access the laundry room. Mid-stay cleaning: Longer term stays (2+ weeks) will require mandatory cleanings every two weeks at the stated cleaning fee to ensure safety and cleanliness of the property. No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Climate: Please contact the host to adjust the room temperature. A tower fan and space heater are also provided for your comfort.
