Stunning Oceanview 4-Bedroom Villa
Description
Located within Vistas del Pacifico in the laid-back beach town of Playa Panamá and only 25-minutes from Liberia International Airport, Villa Las Brisas has been one of Guanacaste's top vacation villas for over 25 years. Equipped with four bedrooms, an outdoor rancho as well as a private infinity-edge pool overlooking Culebra Bay, this villa has everything you need for your next great vacation. 🌴 The space Villa Las Brisas has been home to countless vacations for many satisfied families and groups for over 25 years now. Built and designed by late Ford Motor Co. Hall of Fame drag racer and later renowned international home builder Phil Bonner, the villa has remained within the family throughout its existence. The sunsets over the Culebra Bay and Gulf of Papagayo will take your breath away every evening. 🌅 The villa was built in the late 1990s and, as should be expected, does have mild wear and tear. There are a few cabinets in the kitchen and upstairs suite that have small issues regarding shutting fully but for the most part are simply cosmetic issues and shouldn't affect your stay very much, if at all. Some of the furniture is older but perfectly useful. The pictures on this page reflect the villa as it is currently in 2026. Guest access Villa Las Brisas is fully accessible for your use and is completely private. The community pool and tennis court at the bottom of Vistas del Pacifico is also free for all to use. Other things to note Housekeeping is a common service provided in Costa Rica. Our beloved housekeeper Yoco will be on-site *nearly* every morning besides Sundays from approximately 7A-1P. If you are checking in on a Sunday, she will not be there on Monday unless you are only staying one night. She lets herself in and does not invade privacy. She has been with us for 25+ years and we consider her family. Nearly everyone who has stayed with us over the years loves her presence. She will be more than glad to assist in preparing breakfast and brunch snacks such as guacamole, fruit dishes and gallo pinto for you and your guests so long as ingredients are provided. She will also handle any & all cleaning needs and will be glad to wash, dry and fold clothes for you (at your discretion). Typical tip is $20+/day. Please note, Yoco's schedule is subject to change without notice at any time. If you do not want any housekeeping service or would only like it on certain days, please inform upon reserving. She will be on site the morning of your departure to start cleaning but please know, you have until check out (11AM) to stay and enjoy the villa. Our gardener Brayan will be there every weekday - typically in the late morning to early afternoon - to clean the pool and tend to our gardens. There is never a bad time to go to Costa Rica. The country is considered by many to be the best ecotourism destination in the world. No matter what time of year you visit, you can expect temperatures to be in the upper 80s - lower 90s during the day and mid 70s at night. Green (Rainy) Season: May - November Dry Season: December - April Don't be discouraged about visiting Costa Rica during the "rainy season." Guanacaste is slightly more arid than the southern part of Costa Rica. While it does rain, most of the time it'll be a brief shower in the morning or afternoon. The villa is located in the northwest corner of the country along the Pacific Coast in the province of Guanacaste. The climate is dry tropical forest. Please be aware that you will likely encounter unique animals and critters during your trip.
