On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. Upstairs there are two rooms and a balcony. There is also a spacious terrace with a wonderful panorama of the water. A pleasant atmosphere, the place is suitable for barbecue and cauldron cooking.
