Comfortable and private basement apartment in the GTA! Your apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living room, and bedroom. There is a separate entrance for your apartment and shared parking available for one vehicle. This suite sleeps four guests comfortably and six people in a pinch. The space This six room, well appointed suite includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway closet/storage space, and a mud room. The kitchen is completely stocked with service for six, including a coffee maker, fridge, stove, toaster oven, dishwasher, and a generous assortment of kitchen tools (such as pots and pans). The apartment sleeps four comfortably (one queen bed, one single bed, and a comfortable couch) and two more guests in a pinch (on a full sized air mattress). There is bedding for six with lots of pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels. You also have access to your own laundry facilities (a front load washer and dryer). The living room has a gas fireplace with a large TV and DVD player. Through the DVD player, you have access to YouTube and Netflix. There is blazing fast Wifi, plus ethernet and USB charging. There is also an extensive collection of books, movies, cards, and games! The backyard and deck by the private entrance are available to use. This is a great neighbour to explore! We are close to nature while also being near to all the attractions the city has to offer. Guest access Guests have full-time and private access to the entire basement apartment. You will have the ability to lock off access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We are located close to all sorts of shopping, dining, entertainment, and public transit.
