Our studio is an extension of our home, & we go above and beyond to prepare it for each guest. Along w/ professional cleaning after every stay, I personally check everything by hand, every utensil, countertop, & inspect all bed linens & towels so nothing is overlooked. We take pride in creating a space that feels clean, comfortable, and ready for you. Perfectly located in the heart of the historic district, our newly renovated studio sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just 0.4 miles from DT. The space The studio apartment includes: **Pease note our property has a swimming pool. However, for liability purposes we do not allow guests to access the pool** * King size memory foam mattress * 55 inch Samsung TV * Fast internet speed & wifi * Roku streaming * Washer & Dryer * Iron, Ironing board, detergent * Queen or Twin Air mattress The kitchen includes: * Fridge * Oven * Mircowave * Coffee maker with filters & fresh coffee grinds * Pots/pans, frying pans * Cooking utensils * Silverware * Plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs * Cooking oil, salt/pepper * Dish towels * Dishwasher pods * Baking sheet, Pyrex dish * Mixing bowls * Measuring cup & measuring spoons * Cuting board & cutting knives The apartment includes: * A washer & dryer with laundry detergent * Paper towels The Bathroom includes: *Shower/bath combo * Shampoo & Conditioner * Hair Dryer * Makeup mirror * Towels * Toilet paper Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire garage apartment, along with your own private balcony. Just a quick note: while there is a swimming pool on the property, for liability reasons, we’re not able to offer guest access. Thanks so much for understanding! Other things to note * Upon arrival, you will be provided a 4 digit code to access the apartment via a door keypad. When leaving the apartment, please make sure and hit the lock symbol on the keypad. * You may park your car on street, which is the West side of the house (located on Board St.) * We have a home security system, however, you will not be required to activate/deactivate it.
