The space The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, ideal for a restful night, each offering a unique decor and optimal comfort. • Master Bedroom (2nd floor): Overlooking the garden and mountains, this room includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, separate toilet, as well as a private terrace and balcony. Air conditioning and dressing room are also included. • Bedroom 2 (1st floor): Garden and mountain view, king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. This room also has a private terrace and balcony. Air conditioning for your comfort. • Bedroom 3 (Ground floor): Direct access to the garden, king size bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Private terrace and air conditioning. • Bedroom 4 (Ground floor): Direct access to the pool, king-size bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Surrounded by olive and palm trees, the villa offers a heated pool where you can relax. You can also enjoy the traditional hammam (service at €30), or book a massage in our wellness area for a moment of absolute relaxation. Floor mats are also available for yoga or gymnastics around the pool. For the more active, a petanque court awaits you. Outdoor meals, facing the pool, are a must to share with your loved ones. Services & staff: Fatia and Fouzia, your housekeepers, will be there to offer you impeccable service throughout your stay. They will prepare delicious meals, mixing Moroccan and European flavors. Driss, the gardener, maintains the garden and pool to ensure a well-kept and pleasant environment. - Practical information: • Pool heating: Pool heating is available upon request, at a rate of €50 per day. Please allow TWO days before your arrival to activate the pool heating. • Location: The airport is a 20-minute drive, and downtown Marrakech is a 15-minute drive. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the pharmacy is 10 minutes away. • Meals: Breakfast is included. For lunch and dinner, you can choose an à la carte service: €20 per adult for lunch, €25 for dinner. Children under the age of 12 are entitled to a reduced rate (€10 per meal). Compliance with local laws In accordance with Moroccan law, it is forbidden to host Moroccan citizens in the house without a marriage certificate.
