Casa Vista Mar Playa Saladita Oceanfront Pool Surf

Casa Vista Mar is beach front, with a infinity pool, while overlooking the world-class surf break Playa Saladita, (for expert and novices alike). It is located in the small ocean front village of Playa Saladita, 45 minute's drive that is mostly new freeway, north of Zihuatanejo/ Ixtapa International Airport. Other activities include; relaxing in the Infinity Pool, fishing Paddle Boarding, boogie boarding, beach combing, yoga, horseback riding We have a new fiberoptic high speed internet. The space There is the Main House, with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, which sleeps 9 comfortably. The bedrooms all have A/C .The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any gourmet cooks needs and is ideal for entertaining. In addition, there is the Pool Studio House, which has an independent kitchen, bathroom and sleeps 3. This is available for larger families that need more space. The rate will increase if needed to use this. We do not rent this separately. They may be available combined or separate. The Main House has 3 floors. On the main floor there is a full gourmet kitchen with island and bar stools ( you can watch the surf while cooking), living room, dinette, 1 bedroom w/ 1 full bath. There is a large covered deck off the main floor with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, hammocks, all this with ocean front incredible views. On the second floor, there are 2 large Master Bedrooms, ocean views, with Queen size beds, (you can check the surf from your bed), full bathrooms and walk in showers, and closets. Both have covered decks facing west towards to ocean. There is a additional guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed on this floor. This room has ocean and mountain views. The Third Floor is the Top Deck, with a Palapa, bar and ½ bath. This amazing area has the most incredible views of the entire bay, sunsets, and the star gazing at night is a favorite. The Pool Area has a infinity pool, has unobstructed view of the surf and beach, along with a covered deck and patio to enjoy yourselves on the lounge chairs. There is a outside shower to rinse off after coming in from the beach. The Pool House Studio has a Queen size bed, a full bath with walk in shower, a small kitchen, dinette and a/c. There is also a futon couch that can accommodate 1 for sleeping. This is has oceanfront views also. Additionally Casa Vista Mar comes with full daily maid service and daily pool service and landscape maintenance. Optional with maid service you may contract meal preparation, and laundry service, upon request with Javier. Guest access Casa Vista Mar is beachfront to the premier world class left point break called Saladita. Surfing Saladita (for expert and novices alike), is a very long left that is great for long boarding which is only a 5 min walk down the beach, or the “Ranch” which is about a 30 min drive north which has a nice long left to it that is fun for short boarding and long boarding. It's warm waters, (the water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round), beautiful beaches, and long waves, makes this an ideal destination for surfers from allover the world. We have surfboards and paddle boards available for your use to rent. But surfing isn’t the only thing to do. Other activities include relaxing and or swimming in the Infinity Pool, fishing (surfcasting or panga rental), Stand Up Paddle Boarding, boogie boarding, beach combing, kayaking, yoga, horseback riding, and bird watching, turtle and whale watching, kite boarding, shopping, and local organic farmer's market. Massages can be arranged, as well as day trips to historical towns/ sites and other activities that are available in the area. Some times of the year there are cobble stone rocks intermittently along some of the shore line. Advised to bring reef walkers.
