Temporary accommodation in downtown Calle Echegaray

SEASONAL HOUSING RENTAL: This is not just an apartment, it is my home. I designed it with great care, thinking of creating a cozy space. This is my home and for work reasons I spend some seasons outside Madrid, so I am looking for a tenant who will take care of it as much as I do. During your stay, you'll have the entire apartment to yourself (I only have a few personal things stored away), so I hope you enjoy this space as much as I do. The space The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed, making it ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom stocked with towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Please note that it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and that the air conditioning is only in the living room. The building is currently under construction, so there may be some noise. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. Additionally, you will find: • Towels and bed linens • Shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap • Free Wi-Fi • Hairdryer • Heating • Fully equipped kitchen • Iron (upon request) • Washing machine • Air conditioning There may be some noise, as construction work is currently underway in the building. Please note that we do not provide spare keys. Other things to note This is my usual home, which I temporarily give to my tenants. Since I travel continuously for work, you may find some personal items stored that will not interfere during your time in Madrid. Everything shown in the photos is how you will find my apartment and you can make use of everything. Remember that this is a seasonal accommodation and, therefore, must be used for this purpose, whether for work, medical, or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a primary residence. It will be necessary to sign the temporary rental agreement that is governed by the provisions of article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Law. We'll send you the instructions along with the check-in.
