Three-story semi-detached house with garden and balcony, four bedrooms (for 8 guests), in the center of Torre del Lago Puccini, close to all amenities, just 300 meters from the pine forest leading to the sandy beach and the sea (1,500 meters away). Private outdoor parking (in the garden) for one large car or two small ones. Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests, allowing them to easily reach any destination. The space From the main road (Via Marconi), a private road with an electric gate and driveway leads to two rows of terraced houses. The property is the first house on the left side and is accessed via two large pedestrian and driveway gates that lead to the garden and your private parking space. The garden extends to the left side, offering good privacy and featuring armchairs and a table shaded by an umbrella, for your al fresco relaxation. Bicycles can also be parked in a closed garage. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate eight guests. From the garden, a flight of external stairs leads to the first floor, where you access an entrance hall and from there to the various rooms. The kitchen, with a dining area (for six), leads to the outdoor balcony. Decorated in bright yellow, it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, double sink, electric oven, four-burner induction stove, dishes, pots and pans, and tableware. The washing machine is on the balcony. The first bedroom #1 is decorated in soft sage green tones and has a double bed, a large four-door wardrobe, a window overlooking the back, and a pleasant relaxation area with sofas and a coffee table. The second bedroom #2 is a double bedroom, with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed upon request. It is decorated in a youthful style, with board games, and has a two-door wardrobe and a window overlooking the back. The bathroom has a window, a shower stall, a toilet, and a bidet. Soap dispensers are provided. The living/dining room has a sofa, a table for 8, a TV, and access to the balcony via a large French window that, when opened, allows for outdoor dining. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the large open space, the garden, and the condominium area. The busy road, with its tourist traffic, is well away! A wide wooden staircase leads to the upper floor from the living room. The second floor is an attic with large rooms ranging in height from 3 meters to 1 meter. A corridor leads to three rooms. Bedroom #3 is decorated in red tones and has a double bed, a window, antique furniture, and a convenient clothes rack. Bedroom #4 is decorated in a nautical tone with blue tones and has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed upon request, a skylight, and a clothes rack. The floor is completed by the bathroom with a large window, toilet, bidet, and shower. Soap dispensers are provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Hot water is provided by an 80-liter electric boiler, which isn't enough to handle eight consecutive showers, but is sufficient if used sparingly and waiting a few minutes between showers. Our opinion: This detached villa is suitable for a large family or a group of friends, although the presence of only two bathrooms makes it more suitable for a smaller number of guests. Excellent for enjoying nature, the pine forest, and the sea (easily accessible). The two bicycles provided free of charge are much appreciated. More can be rented from the cyclist just 80 meters away. Also available on BelcantoVillas at better terms. The accommodation is close to all amenities: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsstands, tobacconists, greengrocers, a small convenience store, a Coop supermarket, a coin-operated laundry, a dry cleaner/ironing service, a pharmacy, a bank, and a post office. The bus stop is right in front of the house (including buses to Viareggio, with night service to the nightclubs). The sea is also nearby and easily accessible by bike along a path that runs along the pine forest. All these amenities guarantee a truly relaxing holiday! Tourist Attractions: - Torre del Lago has a long beach of fine white sand, inviting you to take pleasant walks from the mouth of the Serchio River (2 km south) to Massa and Carrara (25 km north). - There are both equipped beach resorts (with paid access to umbrellas, loungers, changing rooms, restaurants, swimming pools, etc.) and a public beach, with free access and swimming. - Torre del Lago Puccini is located within the Migliarino-San Rossore Park and, beyond its long beach of fine sand, offers dunes scented with pine trees, broom, and strawberry trees, overlooking the pine forest. There are numerous trails for walking or cycling. - Just 300 meters from the property, there is a pleasant "Bim Bum Bam" playground for children and teenagers, with inflatables, table football, water games, trampolines, and more. - Just 2 kilometers away. There's Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis for pleasant boat trips), the famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house-museum where the maestro wrote some of his most famous operas. - The Puccini Festival is held in July and August: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas in the open-air theater on the lakeside. - For mountain lovers, the Apuan Alps are just a few kilometers away, with trails, refuges, and peaks (over 2,000 meters) offering breathtaking views.
