This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 10 with a pool/3-season screened-in porch offers the perfect getaway for families and friends seeking relaxation, fun, and comfort. We are centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short 10 minute walk (.5 mile) from the beautiful Hampton Beach shoreline and only 1.7 miles to Downtown Hampton. The space Start your day with a cup of coffee by the pool in your private oasis, a walk through quaint tree-lined streets, or cozy up on the tranquil porch with a good book. Then, head to the beach to bask in the sun, play in the sand, take the kids to the beach park, stroll along the boardwalk, enjoy the nightly beach concerts, visit pubs and restaurants, savor delicious ice cream or indulge in eating the best fried dough in town at Blink’s! You can also bike, golf, kayak, paddleboard, surf, or fish. In addition to summer fun at the beach, come visit Hampton to enjoy the picturesque fall foliage. In winter, you’ll be less than 2 hours away from skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. Each season offers something special for you and your family to enjoy! Each room is uniquely decorated with a beachy theme: Seaview, Sea Glass, Sea Watch and Sea Life. Please inquire if you have questions about capacity and ensure the correct number of guests is entered when booking. • Air Conditioning (Window Units): All bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area. • Ceiling Fans: Each bedroom and the porch are equipped with a new ceiling fan. • 3-Season Screened Porch: Beautifully furnished, it’s a great place to hang out. • Private Pool: Enjoy a refreshing swim in your own backyard oasis. You can wash and dry your clothes while you enjoy the beach. • Comfortable Linens: Soft and beautiful cotton linens and towels provided. • Beach/Pool Towels: Colorful beach/pool towels are provided. • Beach Chairs and Umbrella: Four chairs and 1 umbrella are available for your use. • Coolers: Both large and small coolers are available for your convenience. • Outdoor Space: Relax on the porch, lounge by the pool, or enjoy a BBQ with the provided grill. • Board Games: For adults and kids-Available for those lazy days that you want to just stay home to relax. • WiFi: Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the property. • TV: Enjoy watching/streaming your favorite shows on our two TVs. The Smart TV in the living room has standard cable. The TV in the first floor bedroom has a ROKU. • BBQ Grill/Grill Tools: A new grill is available for your use. Smart lock for easy access through the side kitchen door. You will be given a code before arrival that will be active throughout your entire stay. We ask that guests use ONLY the side door (through the kitchen) to enter and exit the house. There is a staircase with 6 steps and handrail to get into the house. Other things to note • NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises. • PARKING: A maximum of 4 cars are allowed in the driveway. No street parking. • NO PARTIES: This is not a party house. Only registered guests are allowed. The maximum occupancy is 10. Complaints may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Please respect our quiet residential neighborhood. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee plus damages. • OUTAGES - Outages are rare. We cannot be held responsible for short/temporary community service interruptions including water, electricity, and/or internet. We also cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties accessing Wifi. No refunds or discounts should be expected. • CANCELLATIONS - Currently, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including those related to COVID-19. Be sure of your comfort level for travel BEFORE booking. We strongly recommend you buy a travel insurance policy to protect your travel plans.
