We are located 15 minutes to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, within walking distance of dozens of shoppes, bars and restaurants and located directly on the Charleston Municipal Golf Course The open floor plan of the home is perfect for gathering, spending time together and making lasting memories of your Charleston vacation. Below gives you a layout of the amenities offered in each room. - Bedroom one: king bed, seating area, SmartTV - Bedroom two: King bed, desk, SmartTV - Bedroom three: twin XL beds, SmartTV - Bedroom four: Twin day bed that converts to a king bed, desk, and a projector (shared space with laundry room) We want our guests to be comfortable and therefore have many amenities available to our guests like a well stocked kitchen, board games, beach reads and toys for your kids to enjoy. There’s also a playground in the backyard. If you are traveling to Charleston via electric vehicle, the home comes equipped with a Level 2 charger. Just down the street you will find the Riverland Terrace Public Boat Landing at Plymouth Park. Here you can fish, boat, or just enjoy the sunset from the benches alongside the Wappoo Cut. There is also a large playground enjoyed by all the neighborhood kids. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces.
