Come and go as you please. The space Our 2 bedroom condo sits just 2 short blocks from one of Maine's most beautiful beaches. It is located in a quiet, residential pocket of Old Orchard Beach, next to Ocean Park. We offer 2 off-street, tandem parking spaces, on the side of the property. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac (dead end street, only 300 yards long) just a 2 minute walk from Maine’s finest beach. This charming Old Orchard Beach house has everything you need to enjoy a restful, relaxing stay. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside beach house close to the beach! The location makes it easy to run back and forth from the cottages to the shore – grab a drink, use the bathroom or have lunch in the shade. Picnic tables dotting the large back yard. The living room has a long & wide couch for 3 or 4 people to sit comfortably. A coffee table and large, flat screen, Smart TV. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds with 2 night stands, either side of the bed that have outlets on them for plugs or USB plugs - this is extremely convenient. A chest of drawers and a sizeable closet. We provide all the necessary linens, bed sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, bath towels & beach towels for up to 4 people. 2 beach chairs are also provided. The bathroom has a full size shower / bath, sink & toilet. The kitchen comes with a stove, oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot. We supply all dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans and silverware. Extend your stay as you have your own stackable washer / dryer, off-street parking is provided with a side driveway, long enough for 2 vehicles to park tandem. Events on site: Over the years we have hosted weddings, memorial services, graduations & Big birthday celebrations, reunions, & Work / group retreats. Feel free to liaise with us about your desire to host an event at our property. All events shall be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please do not make a reservation for a group event before hearing from me and receiving my approval.
