The space Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac (dead end street, only 300 yards long) just a 2 minute walk from Maine’s finest beach. This charming Old Orchard Beach house has everything you need to enjoy a restful, relaxing stay. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside beach house close to the beach! The location makes it easy to run back and forth from the cottages to the shore – grab a drink, use the bathroom or have lunch in the shade. BBQ grills and picnic tables dotting the large back yard. We allow up to 2 pets. There is a $50 per pet surcharge. The living room has a long & wide couch for 4 or more people to sit comfortably. A coffee table and large, flat screen, Smart TV. All 4 bedrooms have Queen size beds with 2 night stands, either side of the bed that have outlets on them for plugs or USB plugs - this is extremely convenient. A chest of drawers and sizeable closets. We provide all the necessary linens, bed sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, bath towels & beach towels for up to 4 people. 4 beach chairs are also provided. The bathrooms are small. They have showers, sinks & toilets, no baths, unfortunately. The kitchen comes with a stove, a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot. We supply all dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans and silverware. Extend your stay as you have your own stackable washer / dryer, off-street parking is provided with a side and front driveway, large enough for 4 vehicles. AC and or fans are available in the living room and bedrooms. Events on site: Over the years we have hosted weddings, memorial services, graduations & Big birthday celebrations, reunions, & Work / group retreats. Feel free to liaise with us about your desire to host an event at our property. All events shall be evaluated on a case by case basis.
