The Pond House - Recreation only

Enjoy the nature on the Veluwe. Our chalet stands in the edge of the Veluwe in Doornspijk, from the park you can directly walk towards the meadows and the sand dunes or enjoy a bike ride in the woods or along the Veluwemeer. You can also enjoy a day at the sauna at the Veluwse bron or the Zwaluwhoeve, attractions such as Walibi, Dolfinarium or Dinoland are also nearby on max 20 minutes drive. From May until September, the swimming pool in the park is also open. The space The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, a bathroom and a kitchen. The main bedroom has a 2 person bed and the smaller bedroom has a 1 person bed. In the main bedroom, you can also place a campingbed (available in site) for the little ones. The kitchen has a stove, an oven, refrigerator, a dishwasher and a coffee machine and has the basic necessities for preparation of food. The livingroom consist has a couch, a TV and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink. The terrace is situated on the south west and has sun during the afternoon and evening. The terrace is next to a pond with a fountain. In the pond, fish and toads are swimming around. (this is not a fishing pond) In the shed you can store your bikes. In the house there are also several biking trails available to scan with a QR code, to give you some inspiration for routes. There is enough space for at least 2 bikes. During your visit, our own bikes are locked. From May until September, the swimming pool in the park is open & the restaurant (Bosbistro Dennenrhode) is open year around on wednesday till sunday. Guest access Inside the Chalet everything is available, only in the big bedroom a part of the closet will be locked. Other things to note Pets are not allowed during your stay. Bedlinnen and Towels are available in the accommodation. Also a foldable bed for small children is available. You can place this in the big bedroom. For the small children, there are also some toys, a seat, plastic cutlery, plates and beakers. Please note that due to local legislations, this property only accepts guests that are staying for leisure purposes and not for business related purposes!
