Relax and unwind in this stylish family nature cottage with swimming pool, WiFi, free parking, air conditioning, washer/dryer, cable TV and self check in! The cottage has a large garden that is located on a large pond with lots of privacy. Everything has just been completely renovated and again very stylishly furnished and equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance of the most beautiful hiking/biking routes on the Veluwe, the Veluwe Lake and many other fun things to do together as a family or as a couple. The space ''StayatSas Tiny House Pippa'' has a large garden with lots of privacy and has a unique location on a large pond with fountain. It is within walking distance of De Haere Nature Reserve with forests, heath and a large sand drift and a 10-minute drive from Lake Veluwe. There is a large beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a large playground which is open from April to October! The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen, free WiFi, free parking in the driveway next to the cottage, air conditioning and central heating, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV and a self check-in so you can decide for yourself when you will arrive from 3 p.m. The cottage has two bedrooms, the main bedroom overlooks the garden and has a lot of privacy with a large double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has a large bedstee (2x2 meters) with two separate mattresses and two duvets. The window in the bedstee overlooks the garden. The bedstee is very comfortable to sleep with two adults, but of course completely super nice for children! (there are also three smaller kids fit in)! There is a loose folding bed which can be set up in the living room if there are three (larger) children to join. The cottage is best suited for four adults or two adults and three children, the cottage is 55 m2. The bathroom has also been completely renovated and has a delightful rain shower! The spacious living room with windows around and a sliding door overlooking the garden and nature is directly connected to the open kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. For example, there is a large oven, microwave, a Nespresso machine, a blender, toaster, sandwich iron, a dishwasher and lots of cooking utensils and cooking supplies! Various board games, booklets, and toys are also available in the cottage. The very large garden has various places where you can sit and relax. There is a large terrace by the pond where you can have breakfast or dinner at the six-person dining table or chill in the lounge seating area. There is also a large covered pergola with a lounge set with large pillows (3 meters) and a hanging chair overlooking the garden and pond. Here it is also lovely to sit with less nice weather because you are completely dry here! You can walk from the park into the nature reserve for hiking or cycling. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and adjacent playground on the park. Guest access The cottage is completely detached with a large garden around it. The cottage and garden are used only by the guests and no one else. The garden is fully fenced in case you bring a dog. You can park your car in the driveway of the cottage. There is a swimming pool and a large playground in the park, which can also be used by the guests staying in the cottage. Other things to note It is possible to bring 1 dog for a fee, provided it does not shed and smells fresh. The Tiny House is not suitable for very large dogs. The cost of bringing a dog is €25 per stay. Bed linen can be ordered for a fee or you can bring your own. Towels must in any case be brought by yourself. A maximum of 1 car may be parked at the cottage, and no more guests may stay than indicated in the booking. Guests are expected to follow the house rules.
