Relax in your High Country Hideaway nestled in the center of ski, hiking, and all season adventures. Only 12 minutes to Sugar Mountain and less than 30 from Beech Mountain. Only 15 mins from Boone and AppState, this condo community is your private, cozy, and central hideaway. Perfect for a relaxing get away, but close to restaurants, shops and activities if you want to enjoy all this area has to offer. Must verify with ID, be 24 years old and agree to house rules to book. The space This condo has everything at your fingertips and the location on the end of the building and condo development lends more privacy than one would expect in multiunit living. Linens provided are washed in free and clear detergent. There is space for a maximum of 4 to sleep. There is one queen bed and one futon. Guest access The whole condo is accessible except for one tiny supply closet. Other things to note Please note that this rental is not handicapped accessible and not for small mobile children as there is a drop off about 25 feet from the porch and no child safety implements are installed, however the oven does have controls high and behind the burners. The stairway to the entrance is rustic, but we just installed a new wooden handrail. If you are looking for a central location to enjoy the high country in all seasons, this is a great place to stay. Also be aware that there is parking for one vehicle and trailers are not allowed by the POA. There are marked "visitor" spaces available too. Please park in the loop at the top of the stairs under the tree.
