The space Our artfully designed luxury villa consists of 2 independent residences that can host up to 12 adults, making them ideal for large groups of friends and families. Natural and green materials, like eco-friendly cement and lime mortars, exquisite Greek marble, genuine wood, metal, and clay, have been used on surfaces, furnishings, fabrics, and decorations. Almost everything is colored in warm, earthy tones, evoking our familial land’s calming, unobtrusive aura. The ground-level residence can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has 1 en suite master bedroom, 1 bedroom with a pool view, a main living room with a Smart 4K TV, a secondary living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and two comfy patios for quiet garden-gazing breaks. The upper-level maisonette (1 floor and a spacious Attic) can host up to 8 guests. It has 1 en suite master bedroom and 3 regular ones, 2 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, a small living room, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a home-cinema lounge with an 80-inch Dolby Audio Smart 4K TV. Both floors offer access to relaxing verandas with magnificent views of the mountain and the surrounding plains. Outside, the centerpiece of the beautifully landscaped oasis is the 50 m2 bio-natural (chemical-free) swimming pool, perfect for taking refreshing dips and basking under the Mediterranean sun. Guests can also relax in the outdoor fireplace-adorned lounge, enjoy the thick shade in the small living room under the plane tree, or share a freshly cooked, locally sourced meal at the shaded BBQ and 12-guest dining area.
