The kitchen with the contemporary appliances and dining area is located at the lower level and is accessible through a staircase from the living room. This level offers direct access to the BBQ area. A few more steps down lead to the second level where three bedrooms are located. The bedrooms offer one kind size bed, one queen size bed and two single beds that can be joined into one king size bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and balconies with sea view and direct access to the pool. The lower level features a playroom with sofa beds, a laundry room and two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with queen size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined into one king size bed. The master suite is located on the top floor and offers queen size bed that faces a big window with stunning sea view. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a private furnished veranda. The tree house is set near the villa and offers a bunk bed, sitting area and bathroom with shower.
