JACUZZI: The Jacuzzi is available 24/7, all year round, and is cleaned and prepped in between every stay. Other things to note * We have a Pets with Permission Policy! We accept certain dog breeds as long as we are notified ahead of time. Each dog accepted will have a $150 pet fee per stay. * $800 charge if the Pool Pass is not returned. * $150 charge if Beach Club Pass is not returned. * During the winter months we will have the driveway plowed and sidewalk/front entrance shoveled as needed. Shovels and salt will be available for use during the stay. Please communicate with us any additional snow removal needs. * Every TV is a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Feel Free to login with your own credentials and enjoy your favorite shows on the road. * Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door, so you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive. * We provide a good start of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/pods, sugar/creamer, laundry/dishwasher pods and some essentials.
