The property has a beautiful area with a 10x4m-sized pool with a salted water (0.80-1.80m deep), where you can take a refreshing dip and after sunbathe on one of six loungers and at night spend a pleasant evening with the family having a dinner. There is a fantastic barbecue area with a gas cooker, two ovens and wood stove. The garden is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. The two-storey house retains its Mallorcan style thanks to its stone walls and sturdy wooden beams. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning cooker and satellite TV. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, becomes a very special corner, as it is separated from this room by a small arch that makes it more accessible and useful. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds and one of them with fan, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a third bathroom with shower that serves this floor. Upstairs you will find a third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, a sitting area, air conditioning with heat pump, and an en-suite bathroom. If you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a cot and high chair for you. Up to five radiators complete the equipment. Within a few minutes walk you reach the center of Sineu, a small and charming town. In restaurants, so-called cellers, you can try a homemade food and Majorcan wines.
