The space The Hayshed is a tiny home, open plan styled with a comfortable king bed, sofa, breakfast bar dining, kitchenette: (2 element cooktop, jug, toaster, microwave, sink, fridge/freezer) with high DOC inspired windows letting in light and nature, with the option of sheer or black out curtains on the ranch slider, with a separate room (inside the tiny home) fully tiled bathroom: toilet, sink, LED mirror, and glass box shower. Being semi rural with the convenience of a 10 minute drive to Taupō CBD. Located on our working 13.5 acre homestead, host house is 400 metres from Airbnb (cannot see or hear each other). You may see or hear cows, dogs, and ducks. With brand new double glazed windows throughout, heat pump/air con unit, ceiling fan and an extra blanket The Hayshed has you covered for all temperatures. Starlink wifi with a smart tv with apps downloaded for you to log in; wifi password is on the fridge. Down a private long driveway with an easy turnaround entrance there’s plenty of space to park your car along with a trailer or boat. Guest access Guest space is the full tiny home and the outside surrounding area within the post and rail fence. Plenty of parking space and full turning. Space to safely park a trailer, bikes or boat! Coded lockbox entry- code is given the day of check in.
