We cordially invite you to our quiet and spacious apartment. It is equipped for 3 (max. 4) guests and on the 1st floor you will find: two bedrooms, an adjacent toilet, a small dressing room and the covered balcony. On the ground floor there are: the bathroom with shower, the small kitchen with the adjoining rooms, the living room with couch and dining table and the hallway. In addition, you can use your own terrace with an adjoining small garden. The space You will find a very spacious apartment that extends over two floors. In the lower area - ground floor - you will find the following rooms: the hallway, the large living room with dining table, the bathroom and kitchen with additional room. The kitchen leads to the terrace with a garden area. A rustic and steep wooden staircase leads you to the first floor to the bedrooms, the second bathroom with the old bathtub, a small dressing room and the covered balcony overlooking the garden. We would like to emphasize that the wooden staircase is quite steep - just as it used to be! Feel comfortable on the 100 sqm living space on two floors with terrace and a green area. Despite the location in the middle of the village, you will find a very quiet and secluded apartment. Schoden has a train station (about 5 minutes away), so your arrival and your excursions are easily possible by train. The location in the valley of the picturesque Saar offers leisurely walks, bike tours, leisure on the water and the surrounding mountains. Check-in is contactless and flexible. Parking is possible on the street (Bahnhofstraße, directly on the wall of our entrance), at the church or sports parking lot (about 3 minutes' walk) and in the side streets. Guest access You have your own access to your apartment and use your outdoor area (your own terrace and garden) for yourself. In the garden house there are two loungers and a grill (right side). For loading and unloading, you can of course use the driveway or our courtyard for a short time. Free parking is available on the street (Bahnhofstraße), at the church or at the sports field. Attention: In our village of Schoden, the rule is "right before left" with a maximum speed of 30 km/h. If you bring your bicycles, please let us know in advance. We can prepare space for you in our canopy. Our garden is mowed with a robotic mower. Please do not approach the device and inform your children accordingly. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we have a pond that is not fenced, but is not located in your garden area. Please remember to supervise your children as this is not secured. The preserved, rustic wooden staircase is quite steep, which could be a source of danger for small children or physically restricted persons. Other things to note We live in the same building, but use our own entrance as well as our own garden area (adjacent garden). In order for the apartment to retain its rustic charm, we have decided to leave a few existing elements such as wooden stairs, bathtub, sliding door and wooden doors. Therefore, we are pleased if you also recognize this as a conscious decision and do not rate it as a defect.
