Completely renovated with quality materials, the apartment is designed to be as functional and comfortable as possible. The space 55 m² apartment 35 minutes from Nancy train station by car. You will find everything you need in the apartment to spend an unforgettable time for up to 4 people. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, without elevator, and is equipped with a kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Senséo coffee maker. A living room area with a sofa and TV. You have 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and a second with 2 single beds 90 x 200 for adults and children. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. A bathroom consists of a shower, single sink and space to easily put your things. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Mineral water as well as coffee and tea pods will be provided. Theft, breakage or damage will be charged. Please be reminded that smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building. Although the rental includes end-of-stay cleaning, guests are expected to do, wipe and store the dishes, and clean the sink, microwave, oven and stovetop.
