Welcome to our newly furnished, barrier-free 2-room apartment in the heart of Bad Nauheim. The historic ambiance of the former Grand Hotel, today's Grand Living, combines the charm of Art Nouveau with modern comfort. Here you will find the perfect place for relaxing short breaks or relaxing long stays. Like many famous people before you, Kaiser Wilhelm II, Grand Duke of Hesse, Albert Einstein, Sigmund Freud and others have stayed here. The space The charming apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the stylish building and is easily accessible via a barrier-free main entrance and an elevator. The accessibility in the entire house offers all guests the appropriate comfort. When entering the apartment, you can leave your coat in the hallway and slip into the slippers provided for you. The spacious window front in the living room opens up a picturesque view of the Johannisberg with the Johannisberg Café and the small park right outside the front door. In the spacious, light-flooded living room, a large sofa invites you to put your feet up and relax. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch TV with over 100 channels as well as Netflix, Disney+ and RTLplus. But maybe you'd like a drink or something to eat first. The spacious kitchen is a real dream for hobby chefs and equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. The dishwasher (Siemens) does the dishes for you. The kitchen has a powerful stove and oven (Siemens) with an integrated microwave as well as a large fridge and freezer. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people for social evenings. Or you can use the space as a home office. Sufficient sockets are available and the Wi-Fi (Telekom) with 100 Mb/s bandwidth guarantees you a stable connection for data transfer or Zoom meetings. In the shelf cabinets you will find information about Bad Nauheim, brochures and a selection of board games. Find out about the thermal spas, cultural activities, bus traffic or the city map. When the weather is nice, the patio on the balcony invites you to linger. From the living room you can directly access the cozy bedroom, which is equipped with a comfortable box bed (1.80 m), whose electrically adjustable slatted base offers you individual sleeping comfort. Several pillows and allergy-friendly bedding ensure that you can make yourself really comfortable. We put different duvets on for you depending on the season. Each bedside table has multiple ports for charging your electronic devices. The large, mirrored sliding door wardrobe offers plenty of space for your luggage. Additional sleeping options are available in the living room: Choose between the pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) or the full-fledged closet bed with slatted base and mattress (200 x 140 cm) – ideal for families or friends. The classically furnished bathroom awaits you with a spacious shower, a raised toilet with handles, a roll-under sink and a three-part mirror cabinet. A hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror with 10x magnification and 2 towels per person are also included. Directly opposite the bathroom is the practical laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
