Stylish and bright, fully-equipped apartment in downtown Pucón. It is a 2-minute walk to the lake and 5 minutes to the shopping center and casino. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, soundproofing to avoid noise, vinyl flooring, a huge terrace for barbecues, and the condominium has a swimming pool and an incredible gazebo. It can be set up to accommodate 2 couples or a couple with children. What you won't be able to see here is the service we give you. We're very focused on making your stay memorable. The space COVID-19: The apartment, in addition to being thoroughly cleaned, is blocked for 2 days between each stay. In addition, key pick-up and return is done with minimal personal interaction. Why choose this apartment? It is in a very quiet place in the center of Pucón. The lake is just across the street, and the center is only 2 blocks away, thus avoiding the need for a car to go to the lake, to eat, or to the supermarket. Inside the apartment, you have vinyl flooring that helps a lot with strict cleaning, avoiding problems with the carpet and sand. The building also has very safe protocols and access barriers. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an equipped American kitchen. 3 beds (for 5 people), which you can configure to become a king-size bed or simply 2 single beds. The condominium itself has an outdoor heated pool and a spectacular gazebo, which you can see in the photos as well. It has 2 TVs. There is WiFi and cable in the apartment and you have access to Netflix, HBO Max and Disney Plus. It has sheets and towels in case you don't have yours.
