The space This fantastic ~3900sf2 immaculate beach house is the perfect place to entertain and create lasting memories! Our home features a very large & open floor plan with 5 amazing suites. This home is only a short 0.3-mile walk from Julião beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Island. The main floor: The first floor has an amazing open concept which integrates the main house with the external deck area with a gourmet area and pool. The main house integrates the kitchen, the dinning room and a large living room with two very comfortable and cozy seating areas. One with a 75” Smart TV, where you can watch your favorite movies or shows and another one where you can relax reading, socializing with cocktails or playing games. The space has wonderful natural lighting that is amplified by high ceilings, beautiful large triple sliding glass doors and multiple windows. In the evening the natural slate tiled walls and the indirect lightning, make for a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The stunning over-sized kitchen has a gorgeous granite island that seats eight and a dinning table for 8 more. The modern conveniences and domestics (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker and all cooking utensils) will inspire you to make delicious home cooked meals. In case you are a grill lover, behind the triple wood-glass doors, on our beautiful and spacious front deck, you will find a gourmet area with a traditional brick BBQ and a dual propane and charcoal BBQ, where you can cook while enjoying the pool and the ocean and garden views. For your convenience, on the main level there is also a laundry room, with a half bath and an additional fridge, just in case you need extra space for beverages and ice cream. On the main floor there are two comfortable suites, with large bathrooms, a full-size bed, a couch, ceiling fans, air conditioners, closet and smart Tv’s. The Master Suites on the Second floor: The second floor has 3 independent beautiful and spacious suites, all with high ceiling displaying natural wood beams, modern air conditioners, ceiling fans, smart TVs, blackout curtains, spacious closets with hangers and a large bathrooms with double sinks. On the second floor, there are three amazing suites, the Feiticeira Beach Suite, with ocean views, a comfortable Queen size bed, an single beds and a hammock on the front deck. The Praia Grande Suite is the largest one, with two Queen size beds, a couch and a deck with the most beautiful sunset views. The Portinho Suite has mountain views and is the quietest one, with a Queen size bed and a single bed. House Capacity and its Location: The house accommodates 10-15 people. The base price at the Airbnb is for 10 people and above that, the additional fee is R$100,00 per person per day. The rental includes bed sheets, towels and Wi-Fi. There is parking for up to 6 cars. This house is in a great location close to the best beaches and water falls on the Island. In addition, you will also find a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery, liquor stores and tourist guide office nearby. The house is available for daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rentals. Guest access The house has an amazing pool and BBQ area, overlooks the sea and it is just 200 meters from Julião beach. It is near to the Três Tombos Waterfall and from the best and most popular beaches in the South of the Island: Feiticeira, Praia Grande, Curral and Veloso beach. The house is close to a bakery, convenience store, pharmacy, liquor store and excellent restaurants such as Portinho, Ilha Sul, Julião Restaurante and the Barba Bar. Julião is a beautiful, quiet, small and exquisite beach, with 268 m of soft sand, naturally shadowed by almond trees, creek and with calm, clear waters. It is perfect for snorkeling with turtles and many fish in the natural pools. Great for scuba diving, swimming, canoeing, paddling and kayak. Its frequency is young and casual and it is only accessible by a trail of 174 meters from Julião sign on the road or by the coastal Praia Grande. Other things to note Base price reflected is up to 10 people. Additional cost will be added above this capacity, to a maximum of 15 people. With the aim of offering a comfortable stay to our guests and to avoid possible problems, below are some important rules that are accepted when the guest confirm their reservation. • At check-in the house keys will be provided upon presentation of renters identification ID and confirmation of the number of guests by host. • Along with the keys, guest will receive all remote controls of the TV, stereo, DVD and the air conditioners of the rooms. If needed the host will show you show how to use all the electronics. On the day of check out all remotes must returned in the same condition. • The voltage of the house is 110V and guests need to bring the adapters for the Brazilian electrical standard. • We will provide bed and bath linen, but guests are responsible for bringing all personal items (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, toothpaste, sunscreen, repellent, etc). • The house is being rented with accommodation for a specific number of people and this limit can not be exceeded under any circumstances without prior written permission from the owners. The base price reflected is in this add is up to 10 people and an additional cost will be added above this capacity. The bed capacity of the house is for up to 16 people. • The house must be returned in the same condition as found, clean, without trash. Guests have the option of hiring the housekeeper to do a general cleaning of the house. The value and availability should be agreed directly with the housekeepers. • All trash in the house must be removed and placed in the large trash bins on the back of the house, so it can be taken away by the housekeepers. • All equipment and utensils in the kitchen must be left in the same condition as found and in their respective places, clean and undamaged. • Screen doors should be opened and closed by the handles to avoid damaging the screens. In case of damages a replacement fee will be charged. • To avoid clogging the drains, please do not throw toilet paper or paper towel in toilets and do not leave food residue in the kitchen drain or the barbecue sink. In case of clogged drains the cost of the plumbing service will be the renter’s responsibility. • The barbecue area can be used but guests need to buy the accessories needed such as charcoal and fire starter. • To properly maintain the rooms cooling, the air conditioners should be on just when guests are using the rooms. The doors and windows should always be closed to avoid waste of energy. • Beach chairs will be provided for your use and they must be returned in the same conditions. In case of damages, a replacement fee will be charged. • House keepers are not responsible for guests personal items. When leaving the house, guests must lock the doors and keep the front gate closed all the time. • If the housekeepers services is needed for cleaning or cooking, the negotiation should be done directly with them and based on their availability. • We offer WIFI access and the password will be provided by housekeepers on check in. • Respect the areas of exclusive access of the owners. • Please do not sit on couches, chair cushions, mattresses and hammocks with wet or dirty clothing. • Keep windows shutters and screen doors always closed to avoid the entry of flies and mosquitoes. • Respect to our neighbors is very important to us, so we ask our guests to avoid excessive noises. • It would be appreciated if guests would take care of our home as if it was their home, this way we all can enjoy this paradise for a long time.
