In 20 minutes by metro you will be in downtown Madrid. Meow! We're Morgan and Pelusa, your cat hosts. Welcome to our duplex penthouse. Downstairs you will enjoy a 15m² master bedroom with a balcony and full bathroom. Prepare whatever you want in the spacious living/dining room with a kitchen. Go up to the other room with a bathroom and a 40m terrace, with a shower and amazing views. Come and live the most welcoming feline experience! Although we usually go with our owner and we may not see you. The space Our house is a duplex penthouse. A 3rd floor without an elevator, with amazing views of Madrid. There is only one apartment per floor, so it is very quiet. And we don't have any neighbors around. No noise. We are a 1-minute walk from the Usera metro station (L6), which connects you directly to interchanges such as the South Bus Station or Avenida de América. 6 minutes away you have the Almendrales metro (L3), which will leave you in the center of Madrid in 15/20 minutes: Sol, Callao, Lavapies, La Latina, Malasaña,... You also have Madrid Río a 5-minute walk away, to go for a walk, run, play sports... A 10-minute walk to the Matadero, with exhibitions, theater, restaurant and terraces. And bus 47 takes you directly to Plaza de Atocha and the Reina Sofía Museum. The master bedroom is large and bright, 15m, fully equipped and with free space in a dresser and a closet for you to store what you need. It has a double bed, air conditioning, heating and a private balcony. The master bathroom is next to the bedroom. Fully equipped, with shower, and free spaces for you to put everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction stove. You also have everything you need for cooking in the cabinets. Relax and have a drink in the living room, while watching TV and connecting to high-speed Wi-Fi. It also has an exit to the outside through another balcony, air conditioning and heating. To rest completely, go upstairs and you will find an incredible 40m chill-out terrace and you can enjoy an outdoor shower, while you see the city of Madrid in full. Guest access You'll have coffee, tea, and milk for breakfast. You can use the entire penthouse except the work room. Other things to note We are Morgan (black) and Pelusa (brown). You don't have to worry about us, as we are taken care of. But we are, especially Pelusa, very playful and curious. Morgan is shyer, but he likes company, so if you want, you can pet us and play for a while around the house or on the terrace. If you want to give us treats, ask where they are. Some of the terrace lights are solar and under the panel they have the power button. Others are under the table and are turned on with the remote. If they don't work for you, put them in the sun to make them work and charge. There is air conditioning throughout the house and heating.
