The staff are very attentive and polite. Games room, swimming pool, barbecues and playground for young children are on the ground floor with easy access. Bathers' access with showers IMPORTANT: HAWAI RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM RULES • ACCESS CONTROL: For security reasons, tenants must present at the the Authorization Form duly completed and signed at the entrance, as well as an identification document. • BADGE: The renter will receive a vehicle identification badge that must be kept in sight in the vehicle while in the garage. • GARAGE: The apartments are entitled to 1 (one) parking space • OCCUPANCY LIMIT PER UNIT: 6 occupants (including adults and children) ➢ SWIMMING POOL: • It is mandatory to use the shower before entering the pools; • No sunscreen allowed; • Food and beverage consumption is prohibited; • No ball games, use of boards and buoys. • BARBECUE: A time must be scheduled and payment made at the condominium Condominium, respecting the maximum number of people. • GAME ROOM EQUIPMENT: Must be collected directly from the front desk. Remember that after use, they must be returned, under the responsibility of the person who took them. • SIDE ENTRANCE: Should be used by cyclists, bathers, people carrying surfboards or beach items, and we remind you that there is a shower and hose on site for removal of sand, thus contributing to the maintenance and cleaning of the elevator. • ELEVATORS: The Service Elevator should be used by bathers, people with luggage, supermarket purchases, as well as for moving. • FACADE: It is forbidden to hang any type of object, such as towels, carpets, clothes. • GARBAGE: Must be packed properly so that there are no leaks and deposited in the trash cans on the ground floor and in the basement garage. • SMOKING: according to law 12.546/2011, also known as the “anti-smoking law” that directly addresses the issue in condominiums. That is, it is forbidden to smoke on the stairs, under the awning, or anywhere that is partially covered. • NOISE: In the interest of everyone's well-being and in accordance with the Law of Silence (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), the use of sound equipment is prohibited, musical instruments and other sound manifestations (games, television, dances, conversations, etc.) at a volume that bothers other residents, including in the common area Guest access Access to all the apartment's premises and the common area.
