AP 42 - spacious apartment in Jardins

Feel at home at 42! Our 2-bedroom apartment is close to Av. Paulista and R. Augusta, in Jardins. The apartment is complete and well-lit, the location is ideal for those who are working or sightseeing: it allows walking access to the Jardins and Paulista region, with easy car/subway exit to any area of the city. Shopping malls, fine dining and fast-food restaurants, pubs and cocktail bars, movie theaters, and popular and luxury shops are within a 5-10 minute walk. The space Large dining room, living room and TV (with Cable TV with Premiere/Ppv Soccer and Smart TV for streaming with guest preference apps), with a large window that allows good lighting throughout the day. The room's blinds system ensures privacy and the blackout allows for an excellent home movie session. The master bedroom has a split air-conditioning unit, reinforced glass windows, a queen-size bed and excellent closets, as well as a TV with an open signal. A second bedroom, also with hot and cold split air-conditioning, allows you to accommodate two more people in a bed that is divisible into two single beds or assembled in a queen size. The kitchen is large and complete, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, bowls, glasses, pots. Complete service area with washer and dryer, plus clotheslines. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. The building has a 24-hour concierge and the guest needs to be registered for the doormen to allow unrestricted entry (we request that you send photos of personal documents prior to arrival). There is also a remote electronic doorman so that the gates can be opened remotely in case of absence of the doormen, and the guests are also registered with the security company. The apartment door has a smartlock, which allows freedom to come and go without worrying about keys. Other things to note In order to confirm your reservation, we need photos of official documents (passport or RG/RNE/ID/DNI) from all guests for registration with the Condominium. We don't have parking spaces. There are some in the vicinity, as well as rotating spots on the street. For stays longer than 7 days, weekly cleaning is mandatory, at a time and day to be agreed upon. Our cleaning lady is fully trustworthy and has worked with us for over ten years. She is agile and easy-going and can be present at times when guests leave, so that she can be quick and leave the apartment clean, with fresh towels and bed linens, and everything ready for a better stay. The condominium may restrict unregistered visits. To receive visitors, it is best to inform the condominium in advance of the name and document number for registration. The building's lobby is open 24 hours a day. There are two elevators for greater comfort.
