Please include your pet in your booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements for the departure cleaning. A $250 pet fee is required to help remove pet hair and dander from any furnishings and floors for our future guests. Dogs are not allowed in the pool at any time as the filtration system is not designed for filtering pet hair. If you wish to use the pool heater during your stay, kindly contact us to have it turned on. -Many homeowners choose to have security cameras, even in the safest neighborhoods, to keep an eye on things while away. As an added bonus, you can have peace of mind knowing that security cameras may be present in external areas of the property, such as entrances or driveways, for the safety and security of the home, guests, and vehicles.
