The space **ONLY includes the 4TH bedroom (bottom floor efficiency) during peak season, Memorial Day - Labor Day** Nestled just a 2-minute walk from the sand, this clean and charming beach home is sure to be the perfect backdrop for many cherished moments and joyful gatherings. Soft, airy colors, updated furnishings and chic coastal decor offer the perfect blend of luxury and comfort! The kitchen and living space feature an open-concept design with cathedral ceilings and large windows providing an abundance of natural light and waterway views. The newly remodeled and expansive deck overlooks the picturesque waterway and is the perfect spot to indulge in a tasty meal, read a good book or simply unwind while taking in the views and natural beauty. The updated and fully stocked kitchen paired with the inviting, serene atmosphere sets the stage for an easy and memorable mealtime. Whip up your favorite frozen concoction with the Margaritaville blender and let your worries drift away. After a day of fun and adventure, restful sleep and tranquil moments await! This home sleeps a total of 9 and features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, with two rooms located on the main floor. The bedroom on the lower level offers a comfortable queen-sized bed complete with a private, ensuite bathroom. Head down the hall to the second, fun and spacious bunk room featuring (1) full-sized bunk, twin trundle and television - the perfect hangout for the teens and kids in your group. The primary bedroom is located on the top floor as well as a loft and study, open to the living space below. The primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with ocean views. *There is a doorbell on the front door of the property. Designed for relaxation and fun, this beach home offers a range of outdoor amenities that make the most of its coastal location. With the provided essentials such as beach chairs, sand toys, and wagon, you can effortlessly enjoy your beach days. After fun in the sun and sand, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Take a leisurely bike ride around the neighborhood or challenge your family and friends to a game of ping-pong, darts or cornhole. After catching a sunset over the waterway, fire up the gas grill and savor a delicious meal on the large and newly remodeled deck. There's so much fun to be had, so why wait any longer!? Grab your family and friends and get those bags packed. Adventure and relaxation await! Bedroom 1: Located on the top floor. (1) king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony w/ ocean views Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level. (1) full sized bunk bed and (1) twin sized trundle Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level. (1) queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom Pack light for your stay! There is a washer/dryer, and all bed linens and bath towels are provided! (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth. ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay. Guest access A few days before check-in, you will receive information regarding your upcoming stay. The standard check-in time is 4PM and you will receive a special key code the morning of. Please, note that since check-in time is 4PM, your code will not be active until then. This special code is how you will access the property throughout your entire stay. After check-out, the code will no longer be active. All of our properties have smart locks installed, so no stopping by and getting house keys is needed! Just head straight to the home and get your vacation started! Other things to note Please note, that there is a private living quarter on the ground level that rents separately from the home during off-season only. If your family is looking for additional space, this may be a great option for you! The efficiency below has a separate driveway and does not have any access to the house or its amenities. The only shared amenity is the enclosed outdoor shower which is conveniently located on the lower deck between both units. **Efficiency is INCLUDED with house during peak season 5/31-9/6. The total max capacity is 11 during peak season ONLY** *Beach towels ARE NOT included, so please plan accordingly. *Welcome Bags are provided ONLY to help get your stay started. You will be responsible for supplying your own toiletries and paper items. HOUSE RULES: **NO pets allowed **Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete **Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit** **Guests must be at least 25 years of age **NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises **Absolutely NO smoking allowed
