LA FELIPE. A house to enjoy.

The house is very nice and cozy, there is plenty of space, there is a place to park a car and pets are allowed. The neighborhood is very convenient since it is 100 meters from El Trompillo Airport, there are markets, cinemas and parks nearby, downtown is 10 minutes by car, and it is very well connected to the avenues where you can find public transport. The space The house can be rented by room or the entire house (preferably). It has fans in each room and air conditioning in the living room, there is wifi connection, you can use the TV to connect to a computer. It has three patios. The one in front where you can park a car, the one in the center (entrance to the house) with a very nice garden where you can hang a hammock and enjoy an afternoon with tranquility reading a book from my personal library and the backyard which is also surrounded by plants. The lighting is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a good stay. Laundry service can be added depending on the quantity. Other things to note *Last update: due to the COVID19 contingency, the house is fumigated with a special solution 24 hours before being occupied. Only bookings over 4 nights are accepted.
