We are close to 17th ave, downtown, Marda Loop shopping/restaurant area, transit and fairly close to the stampede grounds. The space This private basement suite has been renovated with heated tile floors for the winter but is nice and cool in the summer. There is not a kitchen but we have made available to our guests a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, a induction cook top, a microwave, and a fridge. There are dishes, utensils and pots available for our guests convenience. There is also a TV and a sofa in the living area. There is private access on the ground floor. Access code will be provided.
