The space Breaking Waves is located within the beautiful 44-acre TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort on Florida’s Emerald Coast. The beach is approximately a 200-yard walk from the condo, and two backpack beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your use. Additional beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for a fee. Pickleball paddles and balls are also available to rent. Information about court reservations and payment can be found in the condo welcome binder. Family-Friendly Resort TOPS’L is a quiet, family-friendly resort located beside a nature preserve with miles of protected shoreline, making it a wonderful setting for peaceful beach walks. The resort is also conveniently located near Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, championship golf, world-class fishing and many popular Emerald Coast restaurants and attractions. Private Club Amenities TOPS’L is a large resort community, and amenities throughout the property are managed by different associations and entities. The following facilities are privately owned and operated by a separate commercial club and are reserved exclusively for club members and registered club guests: • Beachfront pool • Blue Dunes Grill and beachfront bar • Fitness center • Tennis courts These private club facilities are not included with a stay at Breaking Waves. Rental Requirements • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. • College groups are not permitted. • Adults may not check in guests under age 25 and then leave the property. • A refundable damage deposit is required. • TOPS’L is a secure, gated resort. A guest list and valid identification are required for entry.
