Important Note About the Pool & Hot Tub The swimming pool is not heated. The hot tub section built into the pool is decorative only—it is not heated and cannot be heated under any circumstances. Please be sure all guests are aware of this before booking. The Layout To take full advantage of the lake views, the home is designed with two levels. From the driveway and carport, guests will walk down a set of stairs to reach the front door. Guest access The entire home, front porch, backyard, lakefront gazebo and boat dock are for our guests Other things to note Pet Friendly We are pet-friendly and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies for the first dog. If bringing a second dog, an additional $125 refundable pet deposit is required. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee, and any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the refundable deposit. Pool Rules: Please no glassware in or near the pool—if glass enters the water, the pool must be fully drained per regulation. Guests are encouraged to rinse off after lake use to protect pool chemistry. Pool Maintenance Schedule: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, our pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs Tuesday and Friday morning.
