The space The living room and kitchen combo provides a great space for dining and entertaining. The kitchen is elegantly designed with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A Nespresso machine and Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Apple TV and Peacock is available. All of the furnitures are new (less than a year). The office has been fully remodeled. It includes a wide screen monitor and a designer's chair for a focus space. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck that includes a BBQ grill and outdoor furnitures. See house rules for more details. Guest access A code for the smart lock will be provided prior to your check-in. A different code is provided to each guest, and it will only work for the duration of your stay. The entire house is available to you, except for the pantry and closet in the office. Don't worry, there's plenty of room to store your things! A home office in the detached garage is also available to you. A physical key will be made available to access this space. Please return the key to the tray on the kitchen counter at checkout. The home does have an alarm security system. This will be disarmed during your stay. If preferred for added security, a unique code can be provided along with instructions on how to arm and disarm. If a different check-in/out time is needed, please let me know upon booking. I will need time to coordinate with my cleaner to accommodate your needs. Other things to note The garage can park a mid-size car, and a large size car can park in the driveway. Do not park on 36th St, as your car may get ticketed or towed by law enforcement. Street parking near the house is available on S. Madison St., S. Gunnison St. and S. Monroe St. Recommend removing any valuables from your car. Owner assumes all risks. The trash bins are located outside in the alleyway next to the house. The green bin is for land waste, and the blue bin is for recyclables. Do not use neighbors' bins across the alleyway. The home is located on a relatively buzzling street during the day. It's quiet in the evenings and nights. There's also a rooster next door that crows occasionally. A white noise machine is provided to help drown out the noise.
