Ideal for students, professionals, or researchers on a temporary stay. I am not a professional host, just renting the space to help pay for renovations. I live next door so I am around to help with anything you need! Guest access All the spaces in the pictures are private and accesible only by the guests. Other things to note - Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property, as they are not covered by insurance. - Please note that the kitchenette is only appropriate for preparing light meals, not heavy cooking - The shower measurements are 90 cm x 70 cm. -Portable Ac, Iron and board available upon request and free of charge.
