The space Needle Palm Oasis offers an open-concept design with a bright kitchen, a relaxing saltwater pool, and an inviting outdoor area. Enjoy the screened lanai, Weber grill, and ample room for both relaxation and fun. Only a quick drive away to great dining and shopping, you’ll have everything needed for a beachside getaway. Once here, you may never want to leave! Children will love exploring the yard, swimming in the pool, and the close proximity to several popular family destinations. *** Reminder children must be supervised in the pool area at all times. There is no diving permitted. No glass permitted in the pool area. The Kitchen: Our kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, oven, blender, small crock pot, and plenty of utensils, cookware, and tableware. The garage and pool equipment area off limits to guests and are reserved for maintenance and safety purposes. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and the fenced pool equipment area. These areas are reserved for use by our pool and cleaning services and remain locked for safety and maintenance purposes. Other things to note *** There is an additional fee of $35.00 per day (applied to the entire stay) if you want the pool to be heated. Pool settings are scheduled by the pool company. Offered from October through April. *** When booked, the pool heat will be set to 84 degrees. Pool temperatures, however, can be impacted by lack of sun, rain, or when the temperatures drop below 60 degrees - so pool temperatures, cannot be guaranteed. *** It can take a full day for the pool to be heated, so please let us know if you would like to add this to your reservation at least 7 days before your reservation. *** The pool fee must be applied to your entire stay and paid in full before the heater will be turned on.
