All the surrounding pristine beaches such as Emplisi beach, Alaties beach, Jerusalem beach and Dafnoudi beach are 7-10 minutes drive as well. The famous Myrtos beach is half hour away. The charming Assos village with its castle is a 27 minute drive. It is 40 minutes to Melissani cave, and less than hour to main town Argostoli. Other things to note Before you even arrive at Yagi Villas- On your way to discovery, to long awaited promise of wonder, there’s that palpable delight of anticipation, your heart is stirred in joyous flutter. As your car leisurely cruises the scenic gentle curves high above the gulf of Myrtos-as magnificent as ever in its spectrum of electrified shades of blue, You will see the goats- perched precariously, gracefully and defiantly on the bright chalky cliffs, between the sea and the sky. They are welcoming you to your paradisal holidays. Goats are ubiquitous on Kefalonia island. They are roaming around sampling all the fresh vegetation, on the vertical cliffs watching the sunset, or resting in the middle of the road completely oblivious to cars, just enjoying their moment. The name of the Villas, Yagi, is goat in Japanese. In Greek, the goat is κατσίκι- pronounced ka-tsí-kee Each of Three villas are named after these wonderful creatures, who remind us of how to liberate our soul, and live true to our desires, resiliently and purely. Villa Ka- the Japanese letter signifies fire, a symbol to reignite our inner fire, to share light, warmth, and fuel our vitality. Villa Chi- here the Japanese kanji is earth, which may be interpreted as our need to ground ourselves and rediscover who we are, to connect in the moment, here on earth. Villa Ki- the word in Japanese has a broad meaning of spirit. It is our spiritual identity, our natural attitude that we can become more aware of, and be true to. Registration Details 1331327
