Stunning Barn in Buckinghamshire

Reconnect with your family and friends at this unique family home within a beautiful small farm with breathtaking countryside views. Recently designed with Feng Shui to bring outdoors in and generate peace and happiness. Aptly named, this home is about reconnecting with each other and feeling the earth beneath your feet, walk directly from the barn across the fields. Designed to feel very spacious and open plan, flowing and fun, with a basket ball net, yoga room and yoga swing. The space The kitchen dining family area is a vibrant hub, with a lovely big oak top island for breakfast and coffee, and a dining table that comfortably sits 10. It’s a fantastic space for socialising, cooking on the Everhot range cooker, being playful and spending time together. We have a yoga swing near the kitchen which is a really fun talking point! There is also a yoga room with mats and bolsters, TV and play area and ‘manifestation’ desk designed for home working to bring prosperity all enjoying countryside views. The garden has a fun climbing frame with monkey bars, swing and slide and some roll bars. The master bedroom has a superking bed, the second bedroom has a kingsize bed. The 2 children’s rooms have a sliding connecting door between them that is often left open at night for bedtime giggles and chats. One of the childrens rooms has a double bed, the other childrens bedroom has small double (less than a full size double) that can sleep 2 snugly which would mean the barn can sleep a maximum of 8. These rooms area ideally suited to children, both have tipi tents and toys. The main family bathroom is beautiful with a large bath for soaking whist enjoying the amazing countryside views. It also has luxurious walk in shower. Barefoot Barn really is our family home and we move back in when guests depart, so it really is home from home and we want guests to feel this too! IN THE AREA: Silverstone racing 25 minutes (12 miles away). Some really nice pubs within a short 10 - 15 min drive. Winslow is the local town with deli and shops. Buckingham has supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. National Trust - Stowe Gardens 15 mins. National Trust Whaddeson Manor 35 mins. Bicester village 30 mins away. Milton Keynes is 20 mins away and has lots of activities from a cinema to theatre and indoor ski slope. Oxford is 45 minute drive to the park and ride. Addington Equestrian Centre 10 minutes. Bletchley Park 15 mins. Woburn Safari Park 35 mins. Fast trains to London from Milton Keynes or Bletchley. Guest access You can enjoy the whole space and garden and walk across the footpaths on the farm directly from the Barn. Other things to note Please note that is our family home and we want to share the space and facilities openly with guests to enjoy. It is on a quiet working farm adjacent to farm barns and you may see the occasional tractor and hear sheep in the field. When we have guests we will either be away, or stay with my parents on the farm in their home, which is visible in the overhead photos in the listing, so we are always close by if guests need anything. For guests with larger parties as from Mid April 2026 we will have an additional 2 double bedroom annex available as to rent as well.
