You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, hot tub and backyard. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival at the cabin. There is a large parking area for all guests. Please do not park on the street. Other things to note Please Read: * The maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people. * A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking. Additionally, Guests are required to complete a community registration form. * No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter. * For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. * Your booking includes complimentary parking for up to 4 cars. * Community Badges (8): These badges grant access to community amenities, including the beach during the summer season. Please keep them secure at all times, as lost or missing badges will incur a significant replacement fee. * Car Tag: Provides access to community trash centers. The tag will be available inside the house on the day of your arrival and will be issued after completing the required car registration prior to your stay. Trash: * The vehicle pass also serves as your access pass to the community trash facility. Please make sure to remove all trash from the property before departure, as there is no curbside pickup. To avoid attracting wildlife, do not leave any trash outside the house at any time.
