Take a dip in the heated pool, lounge by the cozy Fire Table under the starry night sky, or catch your favorite game or movie on the outdoor TV while soaking up the warm Arizona evenings! The space *Any reservations from November 15-March 15 will have an additional charge per night to heat the pool. This charge is $75 per night and the charge is not optional. Any reservations from March 16-November 14 there is no additional cost to heat the pool and the heated pool will be FREE. * Single level home makes all bedrooms conveniently located on ground level! This home and backyard has been carefully designed for guest enjoyment! With artificial turf grass, top of the line Ledge Lounger chairs in the pool, multiple seating areas and Fire Tables, Cornhole Boards, Ping Pong, and an Outdoor TV there is no lack of entertainment! 3 of the 4 Bedrooms have a Smart TV in addition to the Smart TV's in the Living Room and Patio! Each of the 4 Bathroom is a Full Bathroom with a Rainfall Shower Head. Each Bathroom has its own dedicated Bluetooth Speaker built into the ceiling! One bathroom has direct access to the outdoor patio area so it is easily accessed from the backyard! The kitchen is fully equipped with Pots and Pans and state of the art appliances and Wine Fridge! There is a Drip Coffee Pot as well as a Keurig K Cup Machine! Guest access Guest have access to the entire home, pool and fully fenced in back yard! Other things to note -
