Chardonnay Studio

In the heart of Naramata Bench, Chardonnay Studio has been hosting guests since 2019. This contemporary retreat is a 550 sq.ft. stand-alone space that boasts a stunning view of nearby vineyards, mountains and Okanagan Lake. Located just off Naramata Road, it is a short stroll or drive from numerous wineries, Naramata village, swimming beaches and KVR walking & biking trail. The space The open concept, contemporary space has it's own private entrance. The entrance way includes storage space, European-style washer and drier, and a private bathroom with tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies (olive oil, salt, pepper), kettle, toaster, tea pot, french press, Black & Decker coffee machine, microwave, full stove, fridge/freezer, and dish washer. Coffee and organic loose leaf tea provided. Off the living room, there is the sleeping nook with a comfortable queen size bed and extra pillows and blankets in the drawers under the bed. For your convenience, there is a dresser with hangers to store your bags/clothes. Quaint dining table with two chairs to enjoy your home-cooked meal or an evening game of cards. Relax on the couch with a book and enjoy stunning views through the sliding glass doors or cozy up for the evening and watch your favourite Netflix series on the flat-screen TV (no cable). Relax on the private patio with a glass of wine in hand and enjoy sunset views overlooking the lake and mountains. Once you get settled in to the Okanagan lifestyle, you won’t want to leave! Guest access There is parking space for up to two vehicles or one vehicle and an RV (depending on size). The suite is a stand-alone unit equipped with passcode door locks. Other things to note We will have two bicycles and two kayaks which can be used by our guests free of charge. Although Naramata has a small convenience store including liquor store and post-office, Penticton has many more shopping options.
