Cozy One Room Studio Style Vacation Rental Located Outside Busy Downtown Talkeetna (one queen bed and one sofa bed) The space Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Birch View Cabin located six miles outside the heart of historic downtown Talkeetna. This 437 square foot studio style cabin was built on quiet privately-owned property. With a queen bed and full size couch pull out this cabin sleeps four comfortably. The kitchen has full size appliances and is stocked with coffee, tea, and everything you need to create your own delicious meal. This cabin has one bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washer/dryer. It is family friendly and pets are welcome on approval by owner. Guest access Guests can use the washer and dryer located in the bathroom, laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. There is also a BBQ grill available to use. Other things to note Pets are allowed with notice at the time of the reservation. A one time pet fee of $15 is charged at the time of the booking. A 5% bed tax is required by the Mat-Su Borough and is already factored into the rate. Thanks.
