Our apartments are right on Bangrak beach, exactly 50m. Bangrak is an area that is much appreciated by tourists and long-term foreigners as you get to almost everywhere quickly. A beautiful sandy beach, many shops, bars and restaurants are located along Beach Road. Thus, no vehicle is necessary. As another highlight, some of the most important piers for the ferries to Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and some other destinations are within walking distance. The space Your apartment is on the first floor of the house, right next to the shared couch area. The room faces east with a small window. This apartment was formerly used as a hostel room for 4 people in bunk beds, so this apartment has 2 showers and 2 toilets and a very large bathroom area. Since there are countless shops and restaurants right next to our house, we have no kitchen or kitchen appliances in this apartment, but a small fridge with icebox is available. Just below the apartment you will find a great little cafe house. In the courtyard we have some non reserved parking spaces, there is always space for motorbike, with cars it can get quite tight! Right in the courtyard is a newly opened beach restaurant with really very nice staff. There you can lie perfectly on the beach and be used. Prices are extremely low and the food really very good! As a small thank you, we have the following services free for you: # High Speed Internet # shampoo and shower gel # Welcome drinks in the fridge In front of you are some well-known landmarks such as the Plai Leam Temple or the Big Buddha. Chaweng Beach is about 15 minutes away. The nearest 7/11 market is about a 2-3 minute walk away. Nearby you can practice tennis, golf, and other sports. As usual here, there are many ways to do your own laundry or bring your laundry to a laundry shop, so we do not have a washing machine in the house! On the ground floor is a beverage machine for some important little things. Additional costs, details can be found in the House Rules. Surroundings: right on highway 50 m to Bangrak Beach 1 min to Haad Rin Pear (to Koh Phangan) 2 min to Bangrank Market 5min to Big Buddha and Plai Leam Temple 10 min to Thongson Beach in the north 10 min to Choengmong Beach 10 min to Samui flight port 15 min to Chaweng Beach Taxis or public taxis can be found here very easily, just waiting on the street until one comes, usually every few minutes. We are happy to get a car or a motorbike and will be placed right at your doorstep. Even if you need anything else, just ask us... excursions, shuttle service or a private island tour. Guest access The house has a main entrance in the courtyard for all 7 apartments. A sliding door leads you to the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Your room is number 123. There is NO reception! We are not a hotel! We are waiting for you at check-in in person, as well as at check out. Other things to note Electricity will be charged extra, The kWh costs 8 baht. ( Standard are 8-12 Baht ) PLEASE! Try to conserve water! Unfortunately, the island is constantly lacking in water. Water from the pipe is available free of charge, but you may not drink! For these costs and as safety, we charge a deposit of 5,000 Baht. From 14 nights onwards, a payment of 10,000 baht is necessary! These are calculated against the actual consumption at check-out. Final cleaning costs 1000 baht. If we are specially cleaned during the stay, we can gladly take care of this for a lump sum of 1000 baht. You can contact us at any time.
