Typical depth of pools are only 1.2 meter, so our pool is much deeper than other places. Indoor space is about 200 m2. Entire property is about 280 m2. 1.7 km, 5 minute drive to Bang Rak beach. 3 km, 8 minutes drive to Chaweng beach. The space Cleaning and change of linen and towels is done every 7 days. Price is excluding electricity usage. Electricity cost is THB 5 per unit. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be about THB 100 per night per bedroom. The big air conditioner in the living can consume a lot of electricity if left on for extended period. Bang Rak beach is 1.7 km, 5 minutes drive. 3 km, 8 minutes drive to Chaweng beach.
