Our villa offers a private space perfect for both relaxation and active holiday. A spacious living area offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, a living room with open-plan kitchen, a large outdoor living area with a dining table, an outside covered thai pavilion and a private saltwater pool with sun lounges and outdoor shower. The space Villa Prania has 3 bedrooms with high-quality fitted furniture with generous storage, their own ensuite bathroom and 55" Tv in every room. Each room has a king size bed with very comfortable mattress. There is an option to add two extra single beds into villa to accomodate a larger group of guests up to 8 people. The rooms are disconnected and have their private access to the stunning pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is an open contemporary style with a large island bench and high quality fittings and appliances. The living room has a large comfortable L- shapped sofa and 75" Tv. Utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. Baby cot is avalailable upon request. Villa doors slide open into an outdoor undercover dining area for entertaining by the private saltwater pool with an outdoor shower. You can enjoy your stay relaxing in the outdoor thai lounge and on the sun beds in your private paradise. Located only few minutes from busy Lamai turistic spot, the villa is a perfect choice for relaxing vacation as well as exploring island beauties. The villa is conveniently situated 10 minutes drive to beautiful Lamai beach and busy shopping area with plenty of restaurants and clubs and 35 minutes from the airport. We look forward to making your holiday memorable! Guest access Guests have access to entire villa and its private pool. The villa is very private built in a small residence within beautiful nature. Other things to note Included in your stay : - Wifi - Pool cleaning and maintenance twice a week - Complimentary cleaning once a week if staying 7 nights at minimum NOT INCLUDED in your stay: Electricity is charged at 8 BHT per K/watt. A photo of the electricity meter is taken when you check in and then when you check out and the electricity payment link is sent via airbnb (alternatively it can be paid by cash). We can also provide- extra cleaning on request, baby sitting, taxi service & scooter hire (all charged extra). Important notes: The pool depth is 1.6m, please use proper safety equipment if visiting with small children and never leave them unattended. Occasional power outages and water interruptions may occur on the island, however this is out of our control. After the heavy rain it is normal for flies to appear, please be aware of this. Please do not dispose of toilet paper and tissues in the toilet to avoid clogging the plumbing system. We look forward to seeing you!
