We warn you that on rainy days, the ramp can become slippery. In the sun or rain, it is necessary to pack the car. You will have the convenience of your car arriving at our house and you can unload your luggage safely within our property. IMPORTANT: We do not provide personal items such as: Pillows, Towels, Bed Linen, Blankets, Duvets and/or Comforters. We are 200 meters from the beach. In the village there are 3 small beaches (Praia do Lanço, Praia do Meio and Praia dos Pescadores), both of which have a very calm sea most of the year. The house has a large and covered Gourmet Area with a Barbecue Grill, Sink with 2 vats, Large round table, and also an external Shower. WI-FI (Fiber) and Smart TV available. We provide: 3 portable fans. We provide: dishcloths, tablecloths, liquid soap, detergent, disinfectant, alcohol, insect spray, floor cloths, squeegee, brooms, toilet paper in the bathrooms and garbage bags. Bedroom 1 (Suite): Spacious with double bed with en-suite bathroom. This room has 1 external window and 1 door that gives access and view to the side garden. It has 1 small vertical cabinet with 3 internal shelves. Bedroom 2: Double bed and a window overlooking the Balcony and the Front Garden. It has 1 3-door wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Very spacious with a double bed + single bed with a traditional window overlooking the balcony and front garden and also has 1 balcony door overlooking the side garden. It has a dresser with 4 drawers. In the living room, we have a Double Desk for Homeworking or HomeSchooling simultaneously. WI-FI (Fiber). The 2 Bathrooms have Support Bars inside the Boxes to ensure better safety. Mosquito nets on all windows. Large and spacious front terrace with hammocks to relax!!! Complete kitchen and utensils, Tramontina stainless steel pots, automatic 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, mixer and 2 (two) water filters. The house is fumigated every year by a professional company from Ubatuba with Certification. NO PARTIES, EVENTS AND LOUD NOISE. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO THROW ANY TYPE OF PAPER, PADS, LATEX ITEMS AND/OR DIAPERS IN THE TOILETS DUE TO THE SEPTIC TANK SYSTEM (BIO-DIGESTER INSTALLED). IN CASE OF CLOGGING FOR THE REASONS MENTIONED ABOVE, THE HOUSE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CLOSED DUE TO THE PROBLEM DETECTED. Picinguaba Beach is a quiet fishing village located within the Serra do Mar State Park (PESM) with lots of greenery and easy access to visit other beaches in the region such as: Itamambuca Beach, Félix, Prumirim, Puruba, Ubatumirim, Almada Beach, Fazenda Beach, Trindade, Paraty, among others. In the village, daily boat trips leave for the famous Ilha das Couves and Ilha dos Porcos, and you can hire the Picinguaba Boatmen's Association's Tour Boats. On the beach, you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen, depending on the availability of the season. Guest access Full access to our property, the house is surrounded by walls with screens ensuring your privacy. And it also fences alive with trees and bushes around the house. WE DO NOT PROVIDE personal items: bath towels, sheets, pillows or blankets. Other things to note NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LOUD NOISE.
