Milan is about one hour away, making the apartments an excellent choice for relaxing escapes, holidays, or extended stays. Guest access Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to the private garden, a fenced green area ideal for relaxing outdoors, dining al fresco during the warmer months, or letting pets play safely and freely. Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information to help you organize your check-in smoothly and enjoy a peaceful, worry-free stay. Among these, you will be sent a link to fill out with the personal details of all guests. It will also be necessary to upload a valid ID document for each guest, in compliance with current Italian regulations (ref. T.U.L.P.S. – Consolidated Law on Public Security). Specifically: Identity card for citizens of the European Union Passport for non-EU citizens This procedure is mandatory for registration with the relevant authorities and is intended to ensure the safety and legality of the stay. Access to the apartment is allowed exclusively to registered guests who have been properly reported to the competent authorities. To ensure the safety of guests and the property, an external surveillance camera is installed, monitoring the shared outdoor areas of the apartment. The presence of the camera is clearly signaled in accordance with privacy regulations. Please note that any illegal activity within the property will be immediately reported to the Judicial Authorities, in accordance with Italian law. The apartment is strictly intended for lawful use, in full respect of the applicable regulations and the rules of civil coexistence. Furthermore, any tampering with, damage to, or disabling of the surveillance camera constitutes a criminal offense under Article 635-quater of the Italian Penal Code, which punishes the damage or destruction of IT or electronic systems, including video surveillance equipment. Such actions will be prosecuted and reported to the relevant authorities.
