Perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends, it offers a relaxing and worry-free stay, with all the modern comforts. Features of the Apartment: Capacity: The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a cozy and well-decorated bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while in the living area there is a sofa bed, perfect for adults or children. Both rooms are equipped with high quality linens and spacious closets. Modern Renovation: Just renovated with high-quality materials, the apartment has an elegant and functional design, designed to offer a cozy and practical environment. Every detail has been taken care of to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay experience. Lake Como and Surroundings: In just 20 minutes you can reach Nesso, a charming village on the shores of Lake Como, where you can enjoy a day at the lake or explore the famous Orrido di Nesso waterfall. From here, you can also leave for boat trips, discovering the historic villas and gardens that line the lake. Como and Lecco: Both cities are easily accessible in about 30 minutes by car, offering museums, shopping and historic cafes, ideal for a walk on the lakefront or a cultural visit. Guest access The reservation refers to the entire apartment, ensuring exclusive privacy and comfort throughout the stay. The apartment is perfect for couples, families or small groups looking for a functional space, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts to feel at home. Before your arrival, you'll receive all the information you need to better organize your check-in and live a peaceful and unanticipated stay. Among these, you will be sent a link to fill out with the personal data of all guests. It will also be necessary to upload the required IDs for each guest, in compliance with current Italian legislation (ref. T.U.L.P.S. – Consolidated Text of Public Security Laws). In particular: Identity card for European Union citizens Passport for non-EU citizens This process is mandatory for registration with the competent authorities, and is aimed at ensuring the safety and legality of the stay. Access to the apartment is only for registered guests and regularly communicated to the authorities. To ensure the safety of guests and property, an outdoor video surveillance camera is installed that monitors the outdoor common areas of the apartment. The presence of the camera is reported in line with privacy regulations. Please note that any illegal activity within the property will be immediately reported to the Judicial Authority, in accordance with Italian laws. The apartment is intended only for a legitimate use, respectful of current legislation and the rules of civil coexistence. In addition, any tampering, damage or deactivation of the video surveillance camera constitutes an offence pursuant to art. 635-quater of the Criminal Code, which punishes the damage to computer or telematics systems, including video surveillance systems. These behaviors will be prosecuted legally and reported to the competent authorities. Other things to note Free condominium parking is available for guests, to ensure greater comfort and tranquility during their stay. Please note that breakfast is not included in the offer, nor is there food or drinks provided inside the apartment. Guests will be able to use the mini bar available by paying with QR or the numerous dining options nearby or using the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their meals.
