Located 1.5 miles to Portsmouth, 2 minutes to the Kittery outlets and a 10 minute drive to the beaches in York, you won’t run out of fun activities. The space A newly renovated cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, featuring an open concept livingroom and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. The home has a washer and dryer and bbq grill as well as a hot tub and firepit. Coming in April 2025 sauna, massage and home gym located in our newly renovated garage. Guest access The entire house. Other things to note We are pet friendly, we have dog bowls, bags, wipes and a few toys in the pet bin located in the bottom drawer in the kitchen.
